Important: You MUST read my terms of service in order to commission me. If it is found out that you did not read them, and commissioned me anyways, you will NOT recieve a refund if you dislike the way I run things and don’t let me know/change your mind while I am doing the commission.‼️CURRENT TURN AROUND ESTIMATE FOR ARTWORK: 5-6 weeks.
Terms Of Service
❣️NOTICE: Finding or attempting to find loopholes in my TOS will end up in blacklisting you and blocking you. Do not push my boundaries.❣️…☁️-I have the right to refuse a commission.☁️-Commissions are for non-commercial use, and cannot be mass produced or replicated for profit.☁️-I reserve the right to use commissions in Showcase/Portfolio Work.☁️- You may not use my art (EVEN COMMISSIONED ART) for NFTs, AI, or similar things. You will be blacklisted if you do this.☁️-Please do not claim my art as your own. Only the commissioner may use the artwork that they commissioned from me, but please ask for permission regardless, for what you’d like to do with my artwork. :)☁️-You may not edit my artwork in any way shape or form. You confirming the sketch WIP and paying tells me you are happy with it, and any edits you make yourself will result in you being blacklisted. If you find something you aren’t happy with, I will gladly edit for you with a small edit fee!☁️-If you ghost me after a sketch is shown for 2 weeks or more, and/or show signs that you will not pay me and/or keep the sketch for yourself, you will be blacklisted. Do not waste my time. This goes for any art trades as well.☁️-Once i have shown you a wip shot, there will be no refunds. You confirming a wip shot is telling me you are good with how it looks and are ready for me to line and color it. Again, do not waste my time. If you pay upfront, you may request a refund if NO progress is shown or given to you after 3 weeks.☁️-Please do not rush me. Some days I may only need a day to finish a commission, some days I may need 3-4 weeks. I will give updates however much I feel necessary, and at the very least once a week.☁️- MONEY COMMISSIONS ARE TOP PRIORITY. Art trades, and other currency commissions (Example: Amino with “Amino Coins”), are second priority, and will be finished within 4 weeks or so.☁️- I will do personal artwork in between and during commissions. I will no longer force myself to do only commissions, and burn myself out/spend an entire day doing commissions because I feel like I can’t do anything else till all are done. Me doing personal art does not mean I am not doing commissions- just keeping my mental health good and happy :).☁️- Payment is done either when I give a WIP shot, or upfront. Paying afterwards leaves me vulnerable to scamming.☁️-You must have a high quality Ref Sheet or Image of the character you want done. I will not take pixelated images or descriptions into consideration. (Description may differ depending on if you are commissioning me for a custom).☁️-Please do not Line/Color the WIP sketches you recieve from me. It is not something I want done, so do not do it please.
